Critical Analysis of Regional Unemployment and Propositions for its Solution

This thesis deals with the theme of unemployment in the district Jihlava. It focuses mainly on vulnerable groups of jobs seekers who have limited entry to the open labor market. It analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions and forms of action, under which should lead to a reduction in the unemployment rathe of these risk groups in the district Jihlava.

The work includes the situation of unemployment in the district Znojmo, but mainly focuses on the current situation of unemployment and the possibility of its elimination. Formulates proposals for solutions and actions that should lead to a reduction in the unemployment rate in the district Znojmo.

Today's time is fully dependent on information technologies and various systems that help us every day at work, school or personal life. This thesis deals with the integration of information system for the public authority. Specifically, the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, which originated as a successor of the original 77 labor offices the Czech Republic. The actual implementation such an extensive project brings many complications that have to be continually addressed. Therefore, in this thesis I introduce the current first phase of implementation process itself such as extensive system and process in the following phases.
The position of social workers at the Labor Office - Material Emergency Department

The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part which focuses on the Job Centre, the definition of basic concepts, services and activities of the Job Centre and its structure, material need benefits and the social workers concentrating on the material need agenda. The second part deals with the research and describes the research strategy and other relevant aspects of the research. The crucial point of the thesis is to describe the position of the social worker in the Department of Material Needs when working with clients. The main objective is to describe 'What is the experience of social workers with their position in the Department of Material Need when working with clients?'. The thesis takes into account the work of a social worker in the Department of Material Needs and what they have to deal with in the position. The thesis also focuses on how the social worker carries out the material hardship benefits agenda. As for the research method, we used qualitative research with the IPA (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis) method, a qualitative approach and Exploratory Coding. Implementation of career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary region

Rigorous work on the topic of Implementation of career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary region deals in the research part with ontogenetic aspects in the period of adolescence in the context of choosing a profession. The personality of the adolescent individual is taken into account, while social-psychological factors in the process of transitioning to the labor market are included. One of the chapters deals with career concepts. Subsequently, options for career counseling at the level of secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office of the Czech Republic are addressed. In the empirical part of the work, the set research goals are fulfilled. The fulfillment of the set goals consists in the verification of cooperation in career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary Region. Possibilities of social work performing in the department of material distress

The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of performing social work in the department of material need. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, its organizational structure and history. It further specifies in which departments of the labor office social work is performed, who is competent to perform it. The bachelor's thesis deals in more detail with the benefits of material need, the profession of social worker and the education it needs to perform its profession. It also describes the cooperation between the social worker of material need and other organizations. The practical part deals with the research, which was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Social workers from the material need department were contacted in order to find out their opinions on the issue.
Evaluation of social reform impact on non-insurable social benefits

The diploma work "Evaluation of the impact of welfare reform in the area of non-insurance social welfare" is about one of the parts of Social Security in the Czech Republic about area of benefits whose claim is not conditional on participation in insurance. The focus is on the legislative creation and organizational structure ensuring this instrument of the social policy. Because of it the basic of the diploma work is the creation of the political processes, mainly their implementation and evaluation. There are characterized the development and current status of state social assistance, material poverty and benefits for people with disabilities. An analyze of legislative changes that this area has undergone in the context of social reform which started in 2011 is the part of the diploma work. There is the characterization of the process of implementation reforms into practice and it is made their evaluation in the connection with the organization, technical support and legitimacy benefits systems. Discrimination of older persons in their access to employment

The thesis "Discrimination of older persons in their access to employment"focuses on the discrimination problem of persons over 50 years of age when they look for a job. The discrimination is one of the factors that prevent older persons from entering the labor market, which affects not only those persons but the whole society as well. At first, the thesis determines the theoretical concepts, which it comes from. Those concepts go through the whole thesis. Further on, it outlines a brief survey of national and European legal norms that deal with the given problem. It also introduces institutions that manage the problem and that we can contact in case of encounter with discrimination. In the next part, the thesis focuses on the negative aspects of discrimination and on the occurrence frequency of discrimination itself in the Czech Republic, particularly in the job advertisements and during job interviews. The practical part of the thesis concentrates on the discrimination of person over 50 in the district of Teplice, both from the point of view of the unemployed persons and the employees of the Labor Office. The final part identifies main fields of problems, which it propose possible solutions for.
Stereotypes and Prejudices of Labor Office Workers to Clients

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the Labor Office and especially on the employees of this office together with ther prejudices and stereotypes occurring in this work place. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to find out stereotypes and prejudices occurrences among the employees of the Labor Office. Research question: What is the prevalence of prejudices and stereotypes among employees of the Labor Office towards to clients ? Hypotheses: There is a statistically significant difference between employees of the Labor office in the perception of clients´ characteristics depending on the practice lenght. The lenght of employees practice has an influence on the perception of clients´ characteristics. The perception of clients´ properties is influenced by the department where the Labor Office employees work. The theoretical part defines basic terms just such as the prejudice and stereotype. It describes their development formation, change and stereotypes measurement. The term Labor Office is explained in the second part of theory Together with the organizational structure there is mentioned the activity of this office which services are provided and which laws are followed. Infomation for the practical part was obtained by quantitative research strategy, questionning method, anonymous questionnaire technique, specifically by semantic differential and Likert scale was used. The questionnaire was sent to all contact offices in the South Bohemian under the regional branch of the Labor office in České Budějovice. Data obtained using this questionnaire were created using descriptive statistics in MS Excel and hypothesis testing was perfomed in program SPSS, Person Correlation method, T-test and ANOVA test was used. From the results of the research of this Bachelor Thesis we can see that there are some prejudice satthe Labor Office that have no dependents on the work experience lenght. This work can serve as a source of information for the public as well as for Labor Office employees who can try to change their attitude.
